We enjoy a stunning, open view of the cityscape from our very quiet South-facing cul-de-sac. The Botanic Gardens are only 2 minutes' walk. Several restaurants and cafes are also in the vicinity and many interesting locations can be reached by walking along the footpaths along the Water of Leith, at the end of Eildon Street. We are 15-20 minutes' walk from Princes Street.
Several cycle/pedestrian paths leading to Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre, Leith; also to, Stockbridge and Gallery of Modern Art along the Water of Leith; all from the end of our cul-de-sac
