About this accommodation.
Inchgrove House is a 5 storey Georgian Town House which has recently been lovingly restored into a luxurious Bed and Breakfast accommodation, with fine and elegant en-suite rooms.
Inchgrove House offers you the opportunity to enjoy a real Georgian House, great friendliness and service all in a location yards away from the most famous and spectacular view in Scotland - Edinburgh Castle and the Old Town on the Castle Rock, seen from Princes Street.

The double rooms at Inchgrove House all have 6 foot double beds, and the twin rooms (2 single beds) have 3 foot wide beds. The house has full central heating. All the bathrooms have both a bath and a shower, and a shaver point. All rooms have colour TV, hospitality tray, hair-dryers. Wireless internet access is available free of charge throughout the house.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served around one big convivial table where everybody joins in the exchange of conversation and information - unless you want to hide behind the complimentary newspaper. The choice starts with fresh fruit salad, fruit juice, cereals and yogurt followed by the big Scottish breakfast - any combination of bacon, sausages, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding and haggis - yes, haggis, or smoked kippers, smoked haddock or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. We get our sausages from the famous Edinburgh maker Crombies, our eggs are free range and are delivered to us direct from Coldstream in the Scottish Borders, and we grind our own coffee every morning.
Tours
We can arrange Golf Tours anywhere in Scotland, and are particularly well placed for parties wishing to visit the splendid courses in East Lothian (30 mins by car), and St Andrews (50 mins). We are just 6 miles from Edinburgh Airport and 5 mins by taxi from Waverley Railway Station. Please contact us for further details.
We also specialise in private, tailored tours for discerning visitors. We offer tours all over Scotland in spacious People Carriers. These seat up to six people in air conditioned comfort. We can arrange tours for larger groups on request.
