Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, 3/4 size double bed (4ft wide), plenty of storage and a good standard of fittings. These apartments offer fantastic value for money in the City of Edinburgh.
Facilities Each apartment has a fully-equipped modern kitchen with high-spec fixtures and fittings that is shared with the other guests, including a large fridge-freezer, electric hob and microwave-oven as well as a comfortable and spacious lounge area to relax in with a breakfast bar and sofas. We know how important good internet access is to our guests so we provide FREE, unlimited wi-fi access for all guests throughout the entire building. In our main accommodation building there is access to a common area with Sky TV and the movie and sport channels, as well as a pool table.
There are laundry facilities on-site for guests' use plus secure parking on site (at an additional charge).
There is a large patio terrace for guests' use as well as a large, enclosed grassed area which is ideal for relaxing during the daytime and topping up the tan, plus bicycle storage areas.

The trendy Leith area is only a 15 minute walk away which you can access via the Water of Leith Walkway which is located at the back of the property and the upmarket new town is just 5 minutes away - perfect for evening walks to soak in the famous tenements and artisanal shops.
The Canonmills area benefits from outstanding transport links meaning you can explore the fascinating city with ease with a bus stop on the main road outside the property, and the city centre being just a 5 minute car journey away.
