A single and a double bedroom are available, both located on the first floor.

Available for Monday - Friday lets only.

The number 8 and 18 buses straight into town are available from about 50 yards from the front door and usually take 20 minutes directly to the city centre.

The house is also located less than 5 minutes walk to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, ideal for more comprehensive bus links or for any attending Doctors/Nurses.

Additionally, the location is just off the City Bypass, so is perfectly located for commuting elsewhere or getting out of Edinburgh to explore the rest of Scotland!

Price includes gas and electric bills.


The Accommodation comprises:

Good sized sunny double room, with double bed, drawers and built in wardrobe plus compact single room available.
