This newly refurbished apartment is situated in the old town, in the centre of Edinburgh. The flat is ideally located for all Edinburghs city centre has to offer this summer.
The property is within a traditional tenemant built over 100 years ago. The flat benefits from high ceilings and impressive cornices. Due to its recent refurbishment it has solid wood floors, a neutral colour scheme throughout and is finished to a high standard.

Bedroom 1:
This is the largest of all the bedrooms with two large side-facing windows with window seats making this room glorious as the sun shines in during the day. The room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a single bed.
Bedroom 2:
This front facing room is a bright and airy space it also benefits from a traditional window and intricate cornice work. Furnishings include, single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk.
Bedroom 3:
This bedroom has the same outlook to the front of the property, which overlooks the beautiful architecture lining Clerk Street. This cozy room also has a single bed and chest of drawers. Bedroom 4:
This bedroom is very similar in size and shape to the others along the front of the flat. It is he middle room and also benefits from lovely top flat views. Sit and watch the world go by beneath you from the window bay. It has a single cabin bed and desk/drawers/wardrobe etc
Bedroom 5:
This bedroom is bigger in size than most and has a single bed and desk, and large wardrobe and drawers. It looks out the back of the property onto lush green communal gardens.
Living area:
This bright kitchen/living room/dining area is a nice place to relax after a hard day enjoying all Edinburgh has to offer. The smooth floor and neutral walls make this room a comfortable place to relax. The room has sofas and a cd player with wall-mounted speakers which link through the apartment to the bathroom and cinema. The view is to the communal garden, which is sunny and well maintained. The room also has a dining table and chairs.

The kitchen comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, gas 5-burner hob and electric fan assisted oven, a washer/dryer and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking pots etc youll need with ample cupboard space.

Contemporary styled room. Tiled to a high specification, with bath and overhead shower and large basin with mirror and surrounding surfaces.
Hall:
The lengthy spacious hall has good lighting and an airy feel

About the location.
The location is perfect to see Edinburghs historic center, backing on to the east side of the Meadows. Although the flat is only a few minutes on foot to most of the city centers attractions, it is also on some major bus routes if you wish to go further a field.

Terms.
50% of the remaining balance is payable within 7 days of date on invoice or by 14th April, whichever is latest.
The final 50% of the remaining balance plus £400 refundable damage deposit is payable at least one month before booking or by 1st of July, whichever is earliest.
Please note that whilst bed linen is provided, towels are not supplied by default. Towels can be provided by prior arrangement only and will incur a supplemental charge.
