This newly renovated apartment is situated on Gilmore Place, in the centre of Edinburgh. A short walk from Bruntsfield and the Meadows. The flat is ideally located for all Edinburgh's city centre has to offer this summer.
The property is within a traditional tenement built over 100 years ago. The flat benefits from high ceilings and impressive cornices and bay windows. Due to its recent refurbishment it has new carpets, a neutral colour scheme throughout and is finished to a high standard.

Living area: This bright kitchen/living area is a nice place to relax. A U-shaped kitchen separates it from the living space but still leaves the room with an open plan feel. Neutral colours and a big window make this room light and spacious. The room has new couches, TV and DVD player.
Kitchen: The kitchen comprises of a brand new fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, integrated washer/dryer, all the crockery, cutlery and cooking pots etc you'll need and ample cupboard space. This well designed space is an excellent heart to the flat.

Terms.
50% of the remaining balance is payable within 7 days of date on invoice or by 14th April, whichever is latest.
The final 50% of the remaining balance plus £400 refundable damage deposit is payable at least one month before booking or by 1st of July, whichever is earliest.
Please note that whilst bed linen is provided, towels are not supplied by default. Towels can be provided by prior arrangement only and will incur a supplemental charge.
