Please note that this is a NO SMOKING apartment.
All groups welcome. However, we are unable to accept stag or hen parties, or large, non-family groups aged under 25 years.

Ideal central location 1 minute from Haymarket station. Ideally placed for Princes street, festival venues, restaurants, bars etc. Great for bus links throughout the city and fringe venues. Including airport bus.

Terms.
Please note that the remaining balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
A security deposit is also applicable. Payable within 14 days of arrival via cheque, bank transfer, Paypal (for a small fee), or in cash on arrival. This will be returned within 7 days of departure, or at check out for overseas guests.
Please note that we do not accommodate stag, hen or 21st birthday parties. We also do not take bookings from any large, non-family groups under 25 years of age.
