This spacious room also has a 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

View to Arthur's Seat and the Crags. Furnishings include, single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe.

Kitchen:
The large dining kitchen comprises of a brand new fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, all the crockery, cutlery and cooking pots etc. you'll need and ample cupboard space. Also, large dining table and chairs.

Bathroom:
Contemporary styled suite. Tiled to a high specification, with bath and shower..

Hall:
The lengthy spacious hall has ample storage space and good lighting.

General:
This apartment benefits from gas central heating from high efficiency combination boiler. The property is bright and sunny due to the large windows.

The property sleeps 8 at present however our team is at hand to customize the flat to your specification from bedding, laundry to a few groceries prior to your visit.

About the location.

This property is located a stones throw from the Scottish Paliament, very close to The Royal Mile and Waverley train station. It is also near Holyrood Park, with views to Arthur's Seat.

The location is perfect to see Edinburgh's historic center, backing on to Holyrood Park. Although the flat is only a few minutes on foot to most of the city centre attractions, it is also close to some major bus routes if you wish to go further afield.
