About the location.
The apartment is in an ex-local authority area that is currently getting re-generated and upgraded and is only a stones throw from the Scottish Parliament, very close to The Royal Mile and Waverley train station. It is also near Holyrood Park, with views to Arthur's Seat.
The location is perfect to see Edinburgh's historic centre, backing on to Holyrood Park. Although the flat is only a few minutes on foot to most of the city centre attractions, it is also close to some major bus routes if you wish to go further afield.
Local amenities include: a mini-Tesco's just over the road; on some major bus routes; a variety of local shops, cafes, restaurants & bars for everything you need.
