Terms.

A total booking deposit of 25% is payable immediately to confirm your booking - this comprises 13% to Edlets and 12% to the property managers.

The remaining balance is payable not less than 60 days prior to arrival, or at the time of booking if this date has passed.

An additional refundable security deposit of £200 is payable 7 days prior to arrival and will be refunded in full within 7 days of vacating the property, assuming no damages have occurred.
