About this accommodation.

Our flat is a luxury one-bedroom apartment in a prestige development situated behind the Scottish Parliament at the entrance to Holyrood Park. It is available for short-term holiday lets and would also suit the discerning business person looking for a change from the usual hotels and bed and breakfasts. Features include secure parking space, 24-hr concierge service, cable TV and Wi-Fi connection. Prices from £70 per night in low season, minimum stay 2 nights. Please note that we require a £100 damages deposit.

The Accommodation comprises:

Large lounge/dining room featuring fold-out sofa bed for sleeping 2 extra people, flat-screen TV with Cable TV and DVD player, CD player with IPOD dock, dining table and chairs.

Spacious modern kitchen including gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and ample crockery and glassware for all your dining needs.

Comfortable double bedroom made up with Egyptian cotton bed linen and ample storage space for your clothes.

Large modern bathroom with bath and shower facility.

The entrance hallway is very spacious and has extra cupboards for storing luggage. The flat has wood floors throughout most of its layout.

About the location.

Visitors have the unique benefit of being in a very central location within the town whilst also having one of the world's most beautiful parks literally on their doorstep. The apartments back onto the Royal Mile with its wealth of bars, restaurants, museums & other visitor attractions. The Scottish Parliament, Dynamic Earth and Holyrood Palace are all within 200 metres, and the BBC and Scotsman offices are also close by.
