There is an attractive sittingroom (with double sofabed), a spacious dining kitchen, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. All rooms have views of Edinburgh Castle.
About the location.
This is about as central as it is possible to get. Princes Street, The main shopping street in Edinburgh is a few yards away, and George Street which has all the best bars and restaurants is under 100 yards the other way. If you are arriving by train, the station is 5 minutes walk; if by air, the airport bus stops 50 yards from the front door.
As the junction between Princes Street and Frederick Street has recently been closed to traffic, the flat is surprisingly quiet - except of course when the Edinburgh Festival and New Year fireworks are on, which you can enjoy from the window. There is occasionally a Continental food market right outside the door- ideal for breakfast- and a supermarket within a couple of blocks.
