These are situated extremely centrally on York Place (Queen Street) in Edinburgh EH1.
The accommodation comprises:
Two, three & four bedroom apartments are available separately or together at 20 York Place and 20A York Place next to each other.
Each bedroom can be set up as either king or twin beds as beds are all zip and link.
20 York Place block includes: Ground Floor Large 2 Bedroom Apt: sleeping up to 6 people 1 shower room- maximum 6 persons; First Floor 3 Bedroom Apt: sleeping up to 10 people 2 bathrooms - maximum 10 persons; (an additional bed can be made available on request); Second Floor 4 Bedroom Apt: sleeping up to 10 people 2 bathrooms - maximum 10 persons; (an additional bed can be made available on request); Third Floor 3 Bedroom Apt: sleeping up to 6 people 1 shower room- maximum 6 persons; (a number of stairs to this apartment and no lift).
20A York Place block includes: Basement 3 Bedroom Apt: set over 2 floors with a spiral staircase, sleeping up to 8 people 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms - maximum 8 persons (an additional bed can be made available on request); Basement 4 Bedroom Apt: set over 2 floors with a spiral staircase, sleeping up to 8 people in bedrooms and a double room off the lounge 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms - maximum 10 persons (an additional bed can be made available on request).
Please note that the 2 basement apartments share an outdoor decked area.

The apartments are perfectly located for exploring Edinburgh.
Based on York Place (Queen Street) at the heart of the city - George Street, St Andrews Square, Princes Street, Edinburgh Playhouse, John Lewis and Harvey Nichols, Waverley Railway Station, Edinburgh Bus Station are all only a 5 minute walk away. Edinburgh Castle is a 10 minute walk away up the famous Royal Mile.

York Place Apartments We had a 4 bedroom basement apartment which was absolutely beautiful and huge, there were 8 in our party and we didn't want to leave as it was so good. You are so close to the shops and Princes Street is a very short walk away would definitely recommend a stay.
Perfect and fantastic location Stayed there for 2 nights. Was overwhelmed by apartment, even better than the pictures. Great location for walking to all places of interest and a little Tesco just down the road for those who wish to dine in. Will def be back - simply fantastic!!
It is our policy for each apartment booking on arrival to either offer the choice to pay an upfront non-refundable cleaning fee of £30 per apartment or a pre authorisation of a credit card on arrival of £200 per apartment which is held and released on departure.
Please note the balance payment is due 30 days prior to check-in date, as per the property manager's terms and conditions.
Please note that for any cancellations made within 30 days of check-in date, the full remaining balance is payable.
For larger groups you will be asked for a £500 pre authorisation from a credit card to cover breakages and damages during your stay. This will be taken on arrival.
