There are attractive views from the rear of the flat across Edinburgh to the Forth and beyond to Fife. Broughton Street is very popular for its small individual shops, including several small restaurants, a butchers/delicatessen, a fishmongers, a jewelers, etc. The bus service is excellent and Waverley Station is around 5 walk.
