The apartment is situated at the east end of Dalry Road, a 2 minute walk from Haymarket Railway Station and only a 5 minute walk to the city centre and the main shopping streets and popular bars and nightclubs on Princes Street and George Street.
There are frequent bus routes every 5/10 minutes and a taxi rank a and payment on street car parking only 2 minutes walk away!
The area has plenty of bars, shops and restaurants with a supermarket within a 5 minute walk.

Private parking is availabe 2-3 minutes walk away for £7 per day, subject to availability.
Payment of the remaining balance is to be made by bank transfer. Payment via Paypal can also be accepted but please be aware that any surcharge would be incurred by the guest.
The remaining balance is payable within 48 hours of booking; The initial booking deposit and remaining balance is strictly non-refundable.
Please note that for stays of 1 to 14 nights duration, all utility bills are inclusive, subject to fair usage.
Security Deposit There is a security deposit payable on arrival of 250GBP minimum and a holiday lease that must be completed. Photographic ID and proof of current address must also be provided.
The security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of departure, assuming no damages occur.
