Luxurious apartment within a fabulous listed building in Edinburgh's Old Town. Chambers Street City Apartment is on the second floor (elevator access) of a category 'C' listed building built in 1850 - the former Edinburgh Dental School and Hospital - which was converted into an award winning apartment block in 2002. We have just completed a further full renovation of the apartment, finished and furnished to the highest standard.
The Accommodation comprises:
One bedroom with a super king sized double bed (which can be configured as two singles on request) and a large open plan kitchen living room with views to the Augustine United Church. The living room has a large wall mounted flat screen TV with freeview tv, wireless internet, cd player/dab radio/ipod dock and a luxurious king-sized sofa-bed from Habitat with a fully sprung mattress. The bathroom has fabulous lighting and a large spa-bath with shower and whirlpool jets.
About the location.
Chambers Street City Apartment is 50 metres from the National Museum of Scotland and Greyfriars Bobby and minutes away from the restaurants, bars and funky shops of the Grassmarket, The Royal Mile and many other places of interest. Its location would be hard to beat.

Payment terms and conditions:
Bookings for short breaks (less than 7 nights) are confirmed on receipt of full payment. Bookings for 7 nights or more are confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% payable 4 weeks before arrival. Initial payments should be made within 7 days of booking. We can take payment by bank transfer or PayPal and there is a 4% surcharge for PayPal payments (this is levied by PayPal).
All payments must be received in UK£Sterling. The sender is responsible for any charges levied by the sending bank, or by any intermediary banks utilised by the sending bank during the transaction.
In the event of a cancellation we will always try our best to re-let the property and if successful we will refund appropriately. However, as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to re-let, especially when a cancellation is made close to arrival date, we recommend that you consider taking out private holiday cancellation insurance for your own peace of mind. Partial re-lets will be refunded proportionately and a £25 administration charge will be made for all refunds.
