The kitchen is big enough to cater for 6 to 8 guests around the dining table and there is also a separate utility room.

The three double bedrooms have double beds and there is a single bedroom with an additional single sofa bed for occasional use. The master bedroom also has an en-suite.

Ryehill Gardens is situated in the popular Leith Links of East Edinburgh. Local shops and amenities can be found only 5 minutes away.

The open spaces of Leith Links are nearby, as is the Ocean Terminal retail and leisure complex. The town centre itself is only a 10 to 15 minute bus journey and there is an abundance of buses taking you into town only a few minutes away from this gorgeous apartment.

Terms.

Remaining Balance:
- If booking within 60 days, remaining balance payable to property manager immediately;
- Outwith 60 days, a further 5% of total balance payable direct to property manager immediately;
- The final balance is payable not less than 60 days prior to arrival.

An additional refundable security deposit of £200 is payable 7 days prior to arrival and will be refunded in full within 7 days of vacating the property, assuming no damages have occurred.
