About this accommodation.
An extremely light and spacious 3 bedroom, first floor apartment in a traditional Edinburgh stone tenement building, in the area of Morningside just to the south of the city centre.
On main bus routes into town and walkable to The Meadows and Bruntsfield areas. There is also a night bus which runs 24 hours a day.
Ideal for holiday or festival accommodation, especially if you prefer to be close to the city centre rather than in the city centre.

The apartment features a bay window lounge, high ceilings throughout and a white 3 piece bathroom with Mira shower above bath.
3 double bedrooms.
The apartment has been newly painted and has brand new carpets throughout, plus wooden venetian blinds will be fitted on all windows.
The kitchen is spacious and has a dining area within.
Please note sofas, dining chairs and beds will be replaced with brand new items in the next couple of weeks.
About the location.
Morningside is a lovely area of Edinburgh and there are plenty of nice cafes nearby as well as a butcher, bakery, fishmonger, cheese shop and French deli to name but a few, with Waitrose and M&S Simply food for anything else you need, all 5-10 minutesd walk from the apartment. There are also some good Indian and Chinese restaurants and a couple of nice pubs too!
