Really lovely apartment.
Really great position - handy for everything.
Had a really great stay - Marsha very welcoming and kindly left treats and basic supplies
Highly recommended and would stay again.

It's the 3rd floor - so careful booking for anyone with asthma, or joint/mobility issues.

This is a great apartment to stay in, clean, has the facilities you could expect (hair dryer, towels etc.). It is in a great location, only a street away from the main shops. It really makes you feel like you're in a home away from home.

This apartment was really excellent. Great location, very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Marsha had supplied fresh pastries and coffee on arrival and the apartment is equipped with everything you would need for short stay in the city. Highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay, in walking distance to everything for a quick stay over, loved the nice little touches through out the apartment, tea coffee the wine was a nice surprise too. Last couple nights in the UK before I travelled out so comfortable thanks.
No faults what so ever, would recommend and stay again!

This apartment was perfect in every detail. Everything I needed was provided and surpassed my expectations. I can recommend this to anyone looking for a central location in Edinburgh. It is on the third floor, with no lift, so if you are not able to climb stairs then it is not right for you.

Stayed in this little flat for 18 nights in March April 2017. After getting used to the 49 steps it's such a delightful little place. Great welcome pack on arrival which I always great when you have travelled for 24 hours. Amazing cafes and restaurants all around so you just walk everywhere. No need for a car at all as you can bus and train everywhere you want to go. Would highly recommend this flat.

This is a real gem, the flat is comfortable and welcoming. Quite frankly I'd be happy to live here on my own but not sure how wife and son might take it.
The owners have gone over and above to make you feel welcome with toiletries, hairdryer, starter food pack. Make the most of the location and have a great stay in Edinburgh.

My wife and I came for about a week in connection with our daughter's wedding. It was wonderful to find somewhere so close to the railway station and the venues for the wedding and reception at a very reasonable price. The flat itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Marsha was very welcoming and provided a few items for our first breakfast. We will certainly try to come back here if we visit Edinburgh again - it is a lovely city.
