Terms.
Payment Terms
50% of the remaining balance is payable at the time of making the booking.
The remainder is due at least 4 weeks before the let starts.
Security Deposit
A returnable damages deposit of £500 is due prior to arrival.
This can either be paid in cash on arrival or must be cleared in our account prior to arrival. (Cheque on arrival is NOT suitable.)
Assuming no deductions are made at the end of the let, this is refunded in full within a week of the end of the let.
All sets of keys must be returned at the end of the let. Failure to do so will result in locks being changed and a deduction of £250 being made from the damages deposit.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within two months of the start of your let we will retain the first half of the rent.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the start of the let we will retain the full rent.
Utilities
Reasonable use of utilities £40.00 per week or £20.00 per utility per week (whichever is the lesser) is included in the rent.
