Front facing, this compact, cozy bedroom has a cabin bed with desk underneath, and large contemporary styled slimline wardrobe and drawers.


Living area:

This unusually large bright kitchen/living room/dining area is very well laid out. The lounge area has a large L shaped couch with projector DVD player and surround sound for those relaxing nights in. The spacious dining area has a large table and dining chairs with its own window looking out to the well-kept communal garden. This large space has 3 lighting circuits all individually dimmable to match your mood.

Terms.

50% of the remaining balance is payable within 7 days of date on invoice or by 14th April, whichever is latest.

The final 50% of the remaining balance plus £400 refundable damage deposit is payable at least one month before booking or by 1st of July, whichever is earliest.

Please note that whilst bed linen is provided, towels are not supplied by default. Towels can be provided by prior arrangement only and will incur a supplemental charge.
