This newly built loft apartment is situated on Warrender Park Road, in the centre of Edinburgh. A stones throw from the Meadows. The flat is ideally located for all Edinburghs city centre has to offer this summer.
The property is within a traditional tenemant built over 100 years ago. The flat benefits from pitched roomy ceilings and stylishly shaped rooms all with modern Velux windows. This is the largest of all the bedrooms with a chapel shaped bay and platform. The room has one large roof velux windows and 2 smaller velux windows into the side of the bay. Bedroom 2:

Bedroom 3:
This bedroom has great outlook to the castle and the rest of Edinburghs skyline. This spacious room has a designer double bed and chest of drawers. Living area:
This bright kitchen/living room/dining area is very well laid out. The lounge area has two large leather couches with projector, DVD player and surround sound for those relaxing nights in. This beautifully lit space has three lighting circuits all individually dimmable via digital control to match your mood. This room has some of the best views to the castle available, which is lit up at night and looks great.
Kitchen:
The kitchen comprises of a new fitted kitchen with integrated dishwasher, oven, washer/dryer and a 5 burner hob and extractor. All the crockery, cutlery and cooking pots etc youll need are there.
Bathroom:
Tiled to a high specification, with German designed fitted bathroom suite with large bath with overhead shower. The extractor has a PIR sensor on it. The design is tied together with chrome finish fittings and low voltage down lighters.
Hall:
The hall is a spacious square area with plenty natural light with doors to all rooms from it. It has a cupboard with the combi boiler in it and good for storing the brush and shovel etc.
General:
This apartment benefits from gas central heating from high efficiency combination boiler. The property is bright and sunny due to the large windows, and there is also use of the communal garden at the rear if the property for barbeques or just relaxing.
The property sleeps 6 at present however our team is at hand to customize the flat to your specification from bedding, laundry to a few groceries prior to your visit. It could sleep a maximum of 10. About the location.
The location is perfect to see Edinburghs historic center, right beside the Meadows. Although the flat is only a few minutes on foot to most of the city centers attractions, it is also on some major bus routes if you wish to go further a field.

Terms.
50% of the remaining balance is payable within 7 days of date on invoice or by 14th April, whichever is latest.
The final 50% of the remaining balance plus £400 refundable damage deposit is payable at least one month before booking or by 1st of July, whichever is earliest.
Please note that whilst bed linen is provided, towels are not supplied by default. Towels can be provided by prior arrangement only and will incur a supplemental charge.
