It has laminate flooring throughout, a fully fitted kitchen with open plan sittingroom with open views. There is one standard double bedroom and a 2nd bedroom with a 3/4 double bed off the sittingroom that comfortably sleeps 2 adults or children.

Payment of the remaining balance is to be made by bank transfer. Payment via Paypal can also be accepted but please be aware that any surcharge would be incurred by the guest.
The remaining balance is payable within 48 hours of booking; The initial booking deposit and remaining balance is strictly non-refundable.
Please note that for stays of 1 to 14 nights duration, all utility bills are inclusive, subject to fair usage.
Security Deposit There is a security deposit payable on arrival of 250GBP minimum and a holiday lease that must be completed. Photographic ID and proof of current address must also be provided.
The security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of departure, assuming no damages occur.
