Arranged over 2 floors with the lounge & gallery, study area, master bedroom with king-sized bed, en-suite and infra-red sauna all on the first floor - complete with stunning panoramic views.
The remaining three bedrooms (1x double, 1x twin & 1x bunk bed), family bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, separate dining area, snug and utility room are all on the ground floor, so it is suitable for someone with mobility problems.
Leading through the full glass patio doors to the rear of the property is a furnished, decked area with Hot Tub (chargeable at £60 per stay) and a large garage (with further secure storage).
About the location (Highland, Achiltibuie)
This holiday home is located within the North West Scotland Geopark, which is Scotland's first Geopark with some of the oldest rocks in the world. There are stunning mountain landscapes, clean sandy beaches and ancient settlements. This area is the most sparsely populated corner of Europe - the best place to unwind.In the village of Achiltibuie, and within easy walking distance of the cottage, there is a garage with shop, and a hotel with pub. Stac Polly is a perfect base for walkers; from strolling along the sandy Coigach Peninsula to ascending the breathtaking Ben More Assynt. Fishing trips by boat are available out to Loch Oscaig; for trout & salmon, and Loch Lurgainn for brown trout. Rods are available to rent and fishing from the Garvie & Beiste banks can be just as prosperous. Alternatively, Puffins & Cormorants can be seen around the rocks and Golden & Sea Eagles and Ospreys are a rare but definite possibility.

The remaining balance of 65% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival (or immediately if within this period) and is also payable directly to the property host.
Payment to the property host can be made via bank transfer, credit or debit card. Please note that credit cards payments will incur a 3% surcharge.
A refundable security deposit may also be requested.
Cancellation 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - 35% of total booking is retained; Less than 8 weeks prior to arrival - full payment is retained. All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the property host.
