Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment within a traditional town located only minutes away from Haymarket Station and the airport bus stop and a short walk from Princes Street and all the main sights in Edinburgh. Access to private gated residents' gardens nearby.
Please note that whilst the parking on-street is metered, we do have 2 dedicated car parking spaces located nearby at St Mary's Music School.
The Accommodation comprises:
Spacious living room with ornate cornicing, wood burning stove in the fireplace, 40" TV & DVD player, comfortable sofas & dining area. The two large bedrooms are quietly located at the rear of the property overlooking gardens, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds. There is an additional fold-down bed with good quality, comfortable mattress for a fifth guest. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washer-dryer. There is a modern bathroom with bath/shower.
About the location.
The apartment is located at the West End of the city centre, with Haymarket Station, the airport bus stop and Princes Street close by. Also nearby are William Street with its unique selection of boutiques, St Mary's Cathedral and the Water of Leith Walkway, a beautiful riverside walk through the centre of Edinburgh. It is also ideally placed for the Gallery of Modern Art, Murrayfield Stadium and Edinburgh Zoo. There are many restaurants & bars in the neighbourhood.
