Sleeping up to 14 with 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there is plenty room for entertaining a large family or group of friends. And when you are done at the end of the day you can relax and enjoy the hot tub whilst overlooking the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

A great location for access to the Cairngorms National Park, Balmoral Castle in Ballater, and the Morayshire coast. It is also within close proximity to the ski slopes of the Lecht - only 15 minutes away and Aviemore / cairngorms are 50-60mins away.

Well behaved pets are welcome at a cost of £30 per pet.

The accommodation comprises:

Spacious living area offers a variety of entertainment options, should you choose a night in and luxurious bedrooms give a peaceful retreat after a day exploring the local area.

7 bedrooms:
2 kingsize (1 en-suite);
5 twin rooms (zip link beds so twins can become king-size).

3 bathrooms:
Shower room (downstairs);
Bathroom with shower in bath (upstairs);
En-suite with shower (upstairs).

It also has fully enclosed back and front gardens (ideal for dogs) and a TV in most bedrooms.

Useful Info: As the living accommodation is on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom and shower room this property would be suitable for people with mobility issues.

A travel cot and high chair are also available.

Outside the cottage, there is both a front and rear garden with specatular views - the hot tub (chargeable at £60 per stay) and BBQ area to the rear of the property.

to confirm your booking, 10% initially via credit or debit card
to edlets.com & a further 25% directly to the property host.

The remaining balance of 65% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival
(or immediately if within this period) and is also payable
directly to the property host.

Payment to the property host can be made via bank transfer,
credit or debit card. Please note that credit cards payments
will incur a 3% surcharge.

A refundable security deposit may also be requested.

Cancellation
8 weeks or more prior to arrival - 35% of total booking is retained;
Less than 8 weeks prior to arrival - full payment is retained.
All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the property host.
