The accommodation is located 10 minutes walk from the city centre. It is a vibrant, lively, beautiful location, with several pubs, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets to choose from.
The bus stop, which links different areas of the city, is located outside the property. The new tram is also located across the road, which goes directly to and from the airport.
Edinburgh Castle, the museums and the amazing Princes Street Gardens are located within walking distance from the accommodation.
The property has been recently refurbished and decorated therefore I ask for a 1000GBP security deposit to be paid when you arrive. I will keep it throughout your stay and will return it to you the day you leave, if no damage has been made otherwise, I will keep the amount of money necessary to cover the expenses to fix it.
If you wish to book this place, I need 50% of the monthly rate to be paid in advance from the time of booking. In addition, the rent for the following months, will be due the 1st day of each month.
For lets August lets: - 50% of the balance will be payable immediately following confirmation - The remaining 50% will be due 1 month prior to arrival - A 1,000 GBP refundable security deposit will be required to be paid on arrival.
