About this accommodation.
These centrally located two bedroom apartments provide well appointed self-catering accommodation with good quality fixtures and fittings. Apartments are fully furnished and equipped, and offer free WiFi internet access and private parking.
Calton Apartments are ideal for the single business person, couples, one family or larger group bookings, who require multiple apartments.

Each apartment comprises:
One double bedroom (Double bed) One twin bedroom (Two single beds) Lounge with twin sofa-bed (folds out to create 2 single beds) and dining area Separate, fully fitted kitchen with Fridge/freezer, Electric stove, Microwave, Toaster, Washer/dryer, full compliment of cutlery, crockery and cookware. Bathroom with bath and power shower, shaver sockets
The apartments provide comfortable and flexible sleeping accommodation, allowing up to 5 people to have their own bed as follows: 1 double bed 1 twin room (2 single beds) 1 twin action sofa-bed (2 single beds)
Each apartment is equipped with a pay Telephone, Freeview Digital TV, DVD Player, Iron & ironing board, Hairdryer and WiFi internet access (free of charge). A Baby cot/crib can be provided upon request.
All bed linen and towels are supplied at the outset. Housekeeping or additional linen/towels can be provided by special arrangement at an additional charge.
The apartments are all located in the same building with two apartments on each level, with front doors facing.
Free guest car parking is available in a car park at the rear of the development.
About the location.
Calton apartments are perfectly situated just off the top of Leith Walk, and are a perfect city centre location. Only a short walk away from Princes Street, Mulrees walk, Calton Hill, Playhouse Theatre and Edinburgh Castle. Waverley Railway Station is approximately 10 minutes walk away.
There are a wide variety of local shopping facilities, as well as restaurants, bars, theatre, cinema and amenities. Being centrally located, there is easy access both for walking and excellent public transport to all city centre business. Also for the family, there is wide choice of schools, nurseries, and leisure facilities close by.

Following payment of the initial booking deposit, a further payment of 100GBP per apartment is due immediately.
The remaining balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival, or immediately if within this period.
