A truly marvelous main door apartment, with private garden, high spec and lovely views of Edinburgh Castle.
A three bedroom, two bathroom apartment, grand in scale offering city centre living with that all important garden adding an extra dimension to what is already a wonderful property.

After passing through the entrance vestibule, the dining area has a dining table to seat 6 and provides a lovely setting for dining. The spacious sitting room has designer touches, period features and great views of the castle.
The master bedroom has a zip and link bed which can either be a superking or two singles and garden views.
There is a bathroom adjoining the master with a bath, stand-alone shower, underfloor heating and anti fog mirrors.
The second bedroom also has a zip and link bed which can either be a superking or two singles. It too benefits from views over the garden.
There is a second bathroom on this floor with stand-alone shower.
There is a third bedroom downstairs and also an additional sofa-bed, to allow up to 8 guests to be accommodated.
The sleek fully fitted kitchen has a table to seat four and all-modern conveniences.
The garden has two areas of decking, garden furniture and a BBQ allowing guests to use this outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing if the weather should suit!
It may be possible to book Castle Terrace Apartment A next door to allow groups of 12 to be accommodated together.

Situated just 2 minutes walk from Princes Street and directly opposite Edinburgh Castle, this apartment is the ideal base for visiting all city centre attractions.
Ideally positioned; the shops of Princes Street are literally on the doorstep and the EICC and offices of Morrison Street and Lothian Road are a short walk away, whist the lively bistros and bars of George Street and the West end are readily accessed.
Recognised stores such as Jenners, Cruise, Louis Vuitton and Harvey Nichols are all nearby, as are leisure centres, cinema, theatres and exclusive nightclubs.
Swift and easy access to the city by-pass, Edinburgh Airport and the motorway links to the north, south and west.

To reserve the apartment, a total non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is due upon booking, with the balance 42 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, the balance is due immediately.
A £200 or £250 security deposit is due with the balance. This is returned in full, 7 working days after the end of the stay, provided there are no breakages.
The initial booking deposit payment can be made by Credit or Debit Card. The remaining balance can be made by Credit or Debit Card, Bank Transfers or Cheques.
Please note that for the remaining balance, there is a 2.5% credit card or a 50p debit card charge. Bank Transfer - no charge for UK transactions. Non UK - please ensure any bank transfer fees at your end are added to the invoice amount plus a flat rate of £7.00 for the transaction fee from our bank. Cheque - we may not be able to accept cheques where the date of arrival is within 2 weeks.
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation with 6 weeks till check in - the initial booking deposit and 5% of the balance are retained.
Cancellation with 4 weeks till check in - the initial booking deposit and 10% of the balance are retained.
Cancellation with 3 weeks till check in - the initial booking deposit and 40% of the balance are retained.
Cancellation with 2 weeks till check in - the initial booking deposit and 80% of the balance are retained.
Cancellation with 1 weeks till check in - the initial booking deposit and 100% of the balance are retained.
