The apartment is the perfect base for your discover and explore Edinburgh, as it is just a short 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle and all the bustling city's major tourist attractions, shopping spots, eateries and nightlife hubs.

This city centre apartment comprises of one modern bedroom with a comfortable Super King Bed, floor length mirrored wardrobes and ample storage. The lounge area includes a large comfortable double sofa bed, additional couch, coloured TV, etc. The compact and self-contained kitchen includes: cooker, oven, microwave, small dining table, etc. Seperate utility room with fridge/freezer and washing machine. All bedding and towels are provided free of charge. Electric heating.

This apartment is set on the first floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement building with no lift, however, the stairs are gentle and there is a sturdy handrail.

Wi-Fi internet provided.

About the location.

Ideally located near Edinburgh's West End, there is an abundance of Scottish and International cuisines to be tasted in the direct vicinity. There is also a host of both traditional and trendy bars, boutiques, shops, cafes and supermarkets all within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from a large complex which includes a cinema, gym, bowling, casino, etc. Haymarket Train Station and Murrayfield Stadium are also wihin a short walking distance from the apartment. Numerous buses serve this area to the city centre and beyond.

Terms.

PAYMENT
Please note that immediately after confirming your booking, a further deposit equivalent to 1 night's duration is payable directly to the property managers.

The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival or immediately if within this period.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit equivalent to 50% of the total value of the booking (capped at 1000GBP) is payable either in cash on arrival or pre-authorised on a credit or debit card.

CANCELLATION
Should you have to cancel your booking for any reason, please note that any monies paid to date are non-refundable. We do advise all of our guests to take some form of travel or holiday insurance to cover your trip, just in case a cancellation does occur.

The apartment has one set of keys. Extra sets can usually be made available for a small charge.
