Craigwell Cottage forms part of the old Craigwell Brewery, which was converted to townhouses, flats and one semi-detached cottage back in 1987 and has been run as a self-catering holiday property since 2007. A private parking space in the courtyard outside the cottage is a great benefit for a property in such a central location.

Craigwell Cottage is an 'upside down' house! On the ground floor of the cottage are the two small bedrooms - one double and one twin, and the bathroom with over-bath shower. On the upper floor the cottage is open plan with living, dining and fully equipped kitchen areas and windows overlooking gardens on the opposite side of Calton Road, and the small courtyard of the development.

About the location.

Craigwell Cottage is situated within a very short walk of the Royal Mile, the Palace of Holyroodhouse, Scottish Parliament and Waverley Station. An ideal location for holiday makers to base themselves for exploring Edinburgh and central Scotland, and with easy access to road, rail and air networks.
