Terms.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is due in cash on your arrival. This will be returned to you within 7 working days of your departure provided everything is okay.
Please not that electricity usage is capped at 30GBP per week. Any usage over this will be deducted from the security deposit.
Free national (UK) telephone calls are available 7pm - 7am Monday to Friday and at weekends. Mobiles are not included.
