These apartments are located at a new development at Hopetoun Street and Hopetoun Crescent, which is just 10 minutes walk away from Edinburgh's Princes Street. Two and three bedroom apartments are available. Edinburgh Playhouse Apartments offer independent luxury accommodation with many City Centre attractions nearby.

All of the apartments have fully furnished bedrooms providing you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living rooms are also fully furnished with comfortable sofas and dining tables and chairs. They are also come equipped with a flat-screen TV with Free view channels and a DVD player so that you can relax. These modern style apartments also have a fully fitted kitchen for self catering.

Please note that the bedrooms are furnished with zip and link beds which can be made up as king-size double beds or twin (single) beds.

The apartments are easily accessible, with car parking also available on-site and Wi-Fi internet access comes as standard.

Apartments are available with 2 and 3 bedrooms as at 3 locations across Hopetoun Street, Hopetoun Crescent and Annandale Street.

2 Bedroom Apartments (2 bedrooms / Sleeps 4 to 5)
These 2 bedroom apartments are located on a number of floors, some with elevator access.

3 Bedroom Apartment (3 bedrooms / Sleeps 6 to 7)
A fantastic 3 bedroom ground floor flat situated close to the city centre, ideal for large groups visiting Edinburgh. This particular flat consists of 3 double bedrooms 1 en-suite, 1 further bathroom, huge fully fitted kitchen/dining area and very spacious livingroom.


Please note that some of the rooms come fitted with zip & link beds allowing the bedding arrangements to be either twin/singles or double beds.

Card details (credit/debit) are required for the security deposit on the week of their arrival. Failure to provide these details means you will not be sent check-in details.

The apartments you are staying in are in a residential area, please be considerate to other residents and keep the noise down, especially after 10pm. This also includes the stairwell and communal area.

No loud music or noise, no congregating in one apartment (large groups). Access to the garden is forbidden for any activities and BBQs.

If we receive complaints regards to severe noise and anti-social behaviour this may result in a penalty being charged to the card you provided for your security deposit. In the worst case, the noise team and police will be called which may result in guests being evicted from their apartment.

The storage bin should be kept tidy and locked at all times.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments or buildings. Please be mindful of the residents and smoke away from the building and dispose of cigarette butts correctly.
