    Built in 1846 and originally a manse to the local church, this property has been tastefully upgrated and is perfect for large family/friend gatherings, with plenty of room for everyone.

    The added benefit of the underfloor heating to keep you warm along with the cosy log burning fires makes this property lovely and warm.

    The facilities offer a perfect break for families, couples and groups who are looking for comfort and good value and the convenience of self-catering.

    The small cafe on site which serves hot and cold snacks is very popular with guests.

    Guests can take advantage of the outdoor activities onsite and offsite provided by the Centre, or use the bunkhouse as a base for pursuing their own interests independently.


    The accommodation comprises:


    2 charming and cosy sitting rooms - both with cheerful log fires.

    Large well-equipped, modern self-catering kitchen, which is ideal for families and groups who prefer to do their own self catering.

    The dining room provides plenty of dining space for all guests with tea and coffee freely available all day.

    9 bedrooms sleeping 30 (35 at a squeeze!) guests with double, twin and family rooms available. On the upstairs floor, 4 traditional-style bedrooms sleep 12 guests and downstairs there are 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 30 guests comfortably. Some rooms have 2 sleeping levels with a mezzanine floor and are ideal for families.

    The ground floor has 4 toilets and 3 showers, and the upper floor has 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms. Perfect for large groups, providing every facility you require.

    The property also has a drying room which is perfect for those wet ski or walking clothes makes this property idea for those outdoor activity weekends.

    The village Spittal of Glenshee is in Highland Perthshire, a land of outstanding unspoiled natural beauty. A landscape of high mountain ranges, heather moorland, glens and lochs provide some of the most magnificent scenery to be found in Scotland.

    The Perthshire towns of Dunkeld, Pitlochry, Blairgowrie and Perth offer speciality shopping, pubs and eateries. Royal Deeside and the picturesque villages of Braemar and Ballater are just a short drive away.

    Despite the remote and idyllic location of Gulabin Lodge, the cities of Perth and Dundee are only one hour's drive by car and Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow airports are all within a two hours' drive.

    Terms


    Please note that an total initial instalment of 35% is required
    to confirm your booking, 10% initially via credit or debit card
    to edlets.com & a further 25% directly to the property host.

    The remaining balance of 65% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival
    (or immediately if within this period) and is also payable
    directly to the property host.

    Payment to the property host can be made via bank transfer,
    credit or debit card. Please note that credit cards payments
    will incur a 3% surcharge.

    A refundable security deposit may also be requested.

    Cancellation
    8 weeks or more prior to arrival - 35% of total booking is retained;
    Less than 8 weeks prior to arrival - full payment is retained.
    All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the property host.
