Very large apartment, located just 1 minute walk away from Haymarket train station and 7 minutes walk to Princes Street.

Designed to accommodate large groups, in particular groups wanting a place to stay all together and have fun in the centre of Edinburgh.

It is basic but clean and perfect for Hen & Stag parties.

PAYMENT
Please note that immediately after confirming your booking, a further deposit equivalent to 1 night's duration is payable directly to the property managers.

The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival or immediately if within this period.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit equivalent to 50% of the total value of the booking (capped at 1000GBP) is payable either in cash on arrival or pre-authorised on a credit or debit card.

CANCELLATION
Should you have to cancel your booking for any reason, please note that any monies paid to date are non-refundable. We do advise all of our guests to take some form of travel or holiday insurance to cover your trip, just in case a cancellation does occur.

The apartment has one set of keys. Extra sets can usually be made available for a small charge.

Strictly non-smoking.

All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% charge.
