Arrival and departure Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 11am on your day of departure. Checking in - CODE ENTRY: Our buildings operate on a keyless entry system - access to both the building and your apartment is with a four digit code.
Payment An initial (non-refundable) payment of 10% of the total cost is required to confirm your booking. We will contact you shortly afterwards to provide you further information about your stay and request your debit or credit card information for the remaining balance. Your card will be validated for 1.00 GBP, and the remaining balance will be charged to your card 7 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation The initial payment of 10% of the total cost is non-refundable. A 7 day cancellation policy applies to the remaining balance: If you cancel up to 7 days prior to your arrival date, the remaining balance will not be charged to your card. Any cancellation within 7 days of arrival will be subject to full charge of the remaining balance.
Pets We have a no pet policy.
Accessibility Please note that we have no lifts in our buildings expect from St Andrews Square where the lift is accessible from the first floor.
Sofa beds Sofa beds are available in certain flats with a charge of ?15 per night for the extra linen.
Luggage Storage Luggage can be stored at our office on 85 Hanover Street during office hours.
These are self catered apartments. Detailed information and instructions for each apartment can be found in the Welcome Book which is located in the living area.
Our office is located in the City Centre at Hanover Street, just a few minutes walk from most of our buildings. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am to 5pm.
