Recently refurbished, the house is ideal for families with an excellent range of facilities to keep all age groups occupied!

Entering the property, there is a large conservatory which has been set up as a games room with pool table.

The large L-shaped lounge (42ft x 20ft) with dining room off, boasts a cathedral style ceiling and lots of windows letting light flood in and from which to enjoy the stunning views across the Glen, River Spey and tree lined hills beyond.

The fully equipped modern kitchen comes complete with Nespresso coffee machine and large gas hob.

The property includes a utility room a with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On to the sleeping accommodation; there are two good sized bedrooms. One bedroom benefits from having two kingsize beds, the other has one kingsize bed plus an additional sofabed and an ensuite shower room.

There is a separate large wet room with shower and WC.

There is a garage which is ideal for storing bikes, skiis, canoes, etc.

Outside there is a large garden surrounding the property. Here you will find the Hot Tub and barrel sauna.

to confirm your booking, 10% initially via credit or debit card
to edlets.com & a further 25% directly to the property host.

The remaining balance of 65% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival
(or immediately if within this period) and is also payable
directly to the property host.

Payment to the property host can be made via bank transfer,
credit or debit card. Please note that credit cards payments
will incur a 3% surcharge.

A refundable security deposit may also be requested.

Cancellation
8 weeks or more prior to arrival - 35% of total booking is retained;
Less than 8 weeks prior to arrival - full payment is retained.
All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the property host.
