The thoughtfully planned kitchen area has an electric oven with a gas hob, kettle, a toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, a washing machine and a good array of cutlery, crockery and glassware should guests wish to prepare a meal.
The living area is attractively furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed and modern furniture to create a pleasant atmosphere and a delightful space in which to relax. There is a large TV with freeview and free WiFi for your use during your stay. The double bedroom has the same relaxing atmosphere. It is furnished with a double bed and a small built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging and storage space. The bathroom although small has all that could be required. Comprising of a toilet, sink and electric shower it will also be stocked with shampoo, shower gel, hand wash and toilet paper for your stay.
The apartment is fully double glazed and serviced by full gas central heating throughout complete with a thermostat in order for the guest to easily control the temperature of the apartment.

The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from the east end of the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and Arthurs Seat or a 20 minutes walk from the east end of Princes Street.
The area offers a great selection of shops, bistros, restaurants and takeaways.
The theater area of Edinburgh is just a 10 Minute walk on London Road.
For guests wishing to travel further afield, there are very good bus links available from the end of the street.
After payment of the 10% initial instalment, 25% of the remaining balance is due at the time of booking. The remaining 75% is due 6 weeks before your arrival.
