About this accommodation.
Our Morningside apartment is located in one of Edinburgh's most prestigious, vibrant and cosmopolitan areas. The apartment is the perfect base for your discover and explore Edinburgh, as it is just a short 15 to 20 minute walk or 8 minute bus ride to Princess Street, Edinburgh Castle and all the bustling cities major tourist attractions, shopping spots, eateries and nightlife hubs.

The newly renovated apartment sleeps 8 (6 adults and 2 children only), and comprises of a large spacious bedroom (double or twin bed), and another with a single bed and a set of bunk beds. The spacious lounge area has a magnificent large bay window which gives the room plenty of light. It also features a comfortable large double sofa bed, coloured TV, DVD player, round dining table and adequate storage units. The self contained kitchen includes: cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave etc. All plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. Large bathroom with a bath and shower. All bedding and towels provided free of charge.
The ground floor apartment also benefits from its own private front garden with secure gates, which is perfect for those sunny days or families with young children!
Wi-Fi internet provided.

About the location.
Ideally located, there is an abundance of Scottish and International cuisines to be tasted in the direct vicinity. There is also a host of both traditional and trendy bars, boutiques, shops, cafes and supermarkets (Tesco, Marks and Spencers, Waitrose etc.) all within walking distance from the apartment. It is just two minutes walk to Edinburgh's most famous old inn, The "Canny Mans" where a step back in history is assured along with wonderful food.

Terms.
PAYMENT Please note that immediately after confirming your booking, a further deposit equivalent to 1 night's duration is payable directly to the property managers.
The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival or immediately if within this period.
SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit equivalent to 50% of the total value of the booking (capped at 1000GBP) is payable either in cash on arrival or pre-authorised on a credit or debit card.
CANCELLATION Should you have to cancel your booking for any reason, please note that any monies paid to date are non-refundable. We do advise all of our guests to take some form of travel or holiday insurance to cover your trip, just in case a cancellation does occur.
The apartment has one set of keys. Extra sets can usually be made available for a small charge.
Strictly non-smoking.
All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% charge.
