The flat is on the top floor (4th) of a tenament block of flats, just minutes away from Holyrood Palace and the bottom of the Royal Mile.
There is free on-street parking.
The Accommodation comprises:
Two double bedrooms (sleeps two people in each), a kitchen and seperate store room, a shower room/w.c, a living room and large corridor. There is also a futon in the living room which can take an extra two people (if you are small, otherwise, just one!).
Recently decorated - painted white throughout except for the living room which is a deep red colour.
About the location.
The flat is just minutes away from Holyrood Palace and the bottom of the Royal Mile.
At the end of the street there is Arthur's Seat and Holyrood Park which is beautiful.
A large Sainsburys, a Tesco Metro and bus links into the city center are just five minutes by foot.
Buses take between 5-10 minutes to get to Princess Street, the main shopping street depending on where you want to go.
