    A luxurious 5 star 2 bedroom villa kitted out with high standard fixtures and fittings, featuring breathtaking views.

    Enjoy on-site facilities & activities and being so close to the village and Loch Tay itself, you really don't need to venture far.

    On the estate where the property is located, there are numerous facilities to benefit from such as the gift shop, fresh delicatessen, restaurant and brasserie/bar. You can also enjoy on-site activities such as playing on the 9-hole Golf Course, Horse Riding or simply relax in the magnificent surroundings!

    The town of Kenmore has a options too, including a hotel / bar, convenience store with post office, cafe and Loch activity options. Plus - Reception can provide a list of local professional beauty therapists who can pamper you during your stay.

    All linen supplied is synthetic bedding but feather bedding is available on request.

    A Cot/high chair can be supplied for children aged 2 years and under.

    The apartment is pet-friendly for a maximum of 2 dogs.

    The accommodation comprises:

    The contemporary open-plan lounge/dining area is sumptuously furnished with leather, oak, under floor heating and a LCD flat screen, plus there is an an additional multi-channel TV system that is wired to all rooms.

    The open kitchen area is fully equipped & designed with high specification granite worktops, fixtures and fittings.

    Both bedrooms are adaptable and can be either super king or twin ( zip & link beds), one having en-suite facilities and the other with private bath/shower with high vaulted ceilings.

    About the location (Perthshire, Kenmore)

    From the estate Loch Tay Boat Centre is just down the road 2 minutes away as is the renowned Loch Tay itself, great for fishing or just walking the shores of the beach. The loch is 14 miles long and for those with an adventurous nature, there are an array of activities you can enjoy like sailing, canoeing, water skiing or jet biking.

    Visit the unique Crannog heritage centre and learn about this iron age discovery found under the loch or simply walk the day away in the surrounding area. There are plenty sensational treks covering all grades right on your doorstep, do it all amidst Perthshire's Highland scenery, maybe catch a glimpse of a bird of prey, spot the odd deer or do some foraging, it's all possible here.

    Kenmore itself has plenty to offer from a convenience store with post office to the ancient Kenmore hotel which dates back to the 1500's and has a great bar, decking area and serves pub food too.

    The other point of interest is Taymouth Castle which is closed to the public although you can still take a good 2-3 mile walk around the lovely grounds and see the well manicured 18 hole golf course, which is still being tended daily by green keepers; even though it hasn't been open for many years! The castle was said to have been converted to a 5* hotel but never actually opened!!! This place is shrouded in mystery and there are stories about the castle and its owners which make for interesting reading, good for anyone interested in history.

    When you are done with exploring what's on your doorstep, the towns nearby are worth a visit and are all within an hours drive such as Aberfeldy, 15 mins up the road, Pitlochry 40 mins, Klliecrankie 45 mins and Blair Atholl where you will also find the great shopping experience of House of Bruar, famous for their woollen & tweed garments.

    This really is a perfect holiday destination with so many options right on your doorstep.

    to & a further 25% directly to the property host.

    The remaining balance of 65% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival
    (or immediately if within this period) and is also payable
    directly to the property host.

    Payment to the property host can be made via bank transfer,
    credit or debit card. Please note that credit cards payments
    will incur a 3% surcharge.

    A refundable security deposit may also be requested.

    8 weeks or more prior to arrival - 35% of total booking is retained;
    Less than 8 weeks prior to arrival - full payment is retained.
    All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the property host.
