Please note that an additional 450GBP holding deposit is payable immediately at the time of confirmation directly to your property hosts, which will then function as a security deposit once the balance has been paid and will be returned in full if the property is left clean and tidy with no damages.
Remaining balance (not inclusive of the holding deposit) is due in full 8 weeks prior to arrival or immediately if within this period.
Keys to be collected from property hosts' office from 4pm onwards and returned by 10am on departure.
