Despite the superb city-centre location, there is on-street parking available (metered at around 60 pence per hour and not applicable on weekends) and you will find free parking around 400 metres away from the property.
As with all central locations you will find excellent access to a major bus route (within 100 metres) or just step outside and you can easily walk to all central Edinburgh locations.

Remaining Balance:
- If booking within 60 days, remaining balance payable to property manager immediately;
- Outwith 60 days, a further 5% of total balance payable direct to property manager immediately;
- The final balance is payable not less than 60 days prior to arrival.
An additional refundable security deposit of £200 is payable 7 days prior to arrival and will be refunded in full within 7 days of vacating the property, assuming no damages have occurred.
