This is a lovely apartment - freshly renovated - with spacious rooms and everything you would need to make for a wonderful trip.
The Accommodation comprises:
There is a spacious bright master bedroom containing a double bed and a large sofa that converts into a double bed and iPod docking station.
The second bedroom is also a good size and has a double bed.
Both bedrooms are complete with flatscreen televisions, DVD players and Freeview channels.
The fully equipped kitchen/diner includes an oven, hob, microwave and integrated fridge, dishwasher & wall-mounted flatscreen TV with freeview.
There is a separate utility room which has a washing machine and tumble dryer and is also ideal for storing suitcases.
There is a family bathroom with both bath and shower.
Broadband is included and is available for cable connection and wireless.
For young families, a child's cot and high chair are available for a small charge.
Access to the apartment is via the front entrance to the building. The apartment is located on the first floor making it ideal for most visitors.
About the location.
Bread Street is ideally located within a few minutes walk of the historic Grassmarket and Princes Street/Gardens.
There is a large variety of restaurants all within a few minutes walk and a Sainsburys and Tesco Local within a few hundred yards.
For transport in the city, this apartment is only a few yards to the nearest bus stop, 500 yards to Haymarket Train Station and under a mile to Waverley Train Station. The airport is located 4 miles to the west of the city centre.

The remaining balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit of 100.00GBP is also required and will be refunded after departure.
Check in is from 1pm-3pm and 6pm-8pm and check out is by 11am. This property offers a "meet and greet" service whereby you will be met at the property to provide keys and be shown the layout etc. Early arrival and late checkout can be arranged. Additional cost will be determined by circumstance.
Parking details Free parking on a Saturday night and all day Sunday outside the apartment. Metered parking at other times. There is also a large car park 200 yards away.
