Set in a Georgian building in the heart of the city's West End this very large apartment just 1 minute walk away from Haymarket train station and 7 minutes walk to Princes Street. Walk out the door take a left and within 2 minutes you are in the West End of Princes Street, where a multitude of bars, restaurants and night clubs await!

Terms.
Please note after confirmation and payment of the initial booking deposit, 50% of the remaining balance is payable immediately to the property manager.
The final payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the value of the booking is sizable, then the payment terms can be negotiated by prior arrangement - in order to facilitate payment.
A returnable security deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required on arrival. This will be returned to you within 1 week of departure, assuming that there are no breaches of the let terms such as no smoking, no damage and the apartment is left tidy and all sets of keys are returned.
The apartment has one set of keys. Extra sets can usually be made available for a small charge.
