The area is a hive of theatres, boutiques, pubs, shops, restaurants and cafe's all on your doorstep. Guests will also be able to enjoy peaceful coffees on the terrace.

    Terms


    Payment Terms
    For holiday lets under 21 nights, credit card details are taken as a guarantee
    against damages and this will be charged at check-out should any damages occur.

    For holiday lets over 21 nights during August,
    a security depoosit of 500 is payable immediately at booking.

    Please note that an amount equal to 50% of the total price is payable at the time of booking.

    The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.

    Longer Stays
    For bookings outwith August and over 21 nights in duration,
    a security deposit of 500, is payable immediately at booking.

    Please note that bills are NOT included and there is an additional 4 weekly
    contribution of 400 GBP towards bills, payable directly to your property host.

    Towels & linen are NOT provided for longer stays.

    Cancellation Policy
    Any monies paid to date are non-refundable and non-transferable however
    no additional funds will be due if cancelling outwith 7 days prior to arrival.

    Please note that failure to make payment of the amounts specified within the requested
    timescales may result in your booking being cancelled and any monies paid being forfeit.

    Arrival & Departure
    Arrival is usually from 3pm onwards & departure prior to 11am.

    Card Charges
    Please note that there is a standard 2.5% charge on all cards.
    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express.

    Strictly Non-Smoking
    Please note that smoking is NOT permitted & a charge of 250 will be made should there be any traces of smoke in the property.

    No pets allowed.
