My husband and I plus 4 friends travelled up to Edinburgh to attend the Fringe Festival. We needed a 3 bedroom flat near to the city centre and this flat was perfectly situated. It was clean, well equipped and very comfortable for 6 people.
We have a few comments to make, which we feel may be useful to the owners and guests.
A big concern was the lack of information regarding recycling. We were not given a key to access the recycling area and there was no information in the flat. The small bathroom fan was extremely noisy so may be faulty and we all felt we had never stayed in a flat with such creaky floorboards!
Useful additional items to include would be; more than 1 black bin bag for the kitchen waste bin, a larger cafetiere suitable for 6 people and finally 3 sets of door keys with the electronic fob for occasions when 3 couples are staying in the flat.
We had a great week and would be happy to stay in the flat again.

We stayed in this apartment for 1 week. We just loved it. The location is perfect, parallel street of royal mile, only a few minutes but away from that noise and crowd. Also it is next to Holyrood Palace and Dynamic Earth, very safe location. Tesco supermarket only 40m away. The apartment itself is very spacious and bright with large windows and it has a small balcony. It was also very clean. Next time we will definitely be staying there.
