The city of Perth is charmingly small with a huge personality. From the Concert Hall to the South Inch, Perth is a city brimming with culture and plenty to keep everyone entertained all year round. Stretch your legs with a riverside stroll or relax in a beer garden soaking up the summer sun, you will never be short of something to do in this historic city.
A short walk to Perth High Street which has a great selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The Concert Hall hosts a range of musicians, artists and comedians, alongside which is Perth's Edwardian Theatre, The Green Room and IMAX Cinema. Golfing pros and amateurs alike will be spoilt for choice in Perthshire, with the King James VI and North Inch Golf Courses just a few minutes away from the City Centre and overlook the River Tay.
Although the Racecourse has regular racing fixtures, it's not all about the horses. The Perth Festival and Perth in Bloom are also held at Scone Palace Park, all a short distance away from Scone Palace where Macbeth, Robert the Bruce and Charles II were crowned. Thrill seekers can visit New House Farm and take part in Quad biking, Tank driving, High ropes, Highland Games and much more. Anglers can fish for Trout and Salmon along Rivers Tay and Isla, with guided fishing trips taking place throughout the season. The remaining balance of 65% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival (or immediately if within this period) and is also payable directly to the property host.
Payment to the property host can be made via bank transfer, credit or debit card. Please note that credit cards payments will incur a 3% surcharge.
A refundable security deposit may also be requested.
Cancellation 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - 35% of total booking is retained; Less than 8 weeks prior to arrival - full payment is retained. All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the property host.
