Ideally located, this pristine apartment comprises of three large bedrooms.
The spacious living area features a modern TV and a warming coal effect gas fire.
Sleeping arrangements are 2 bunk beds, 4 single beds and a double sofa bed.
The self contained kitchen includes cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc. All plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.
There is a large bathroom fitted with a power shower and luxurious deep sunken bath.
All bedding and towels are provided free of charge.
The apartment is on the second floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement building with no lift, however, the stairs are gentle and there is a sturdy handrail.
Wi-Fi internet provided.

Ideally located just off the Royal Mile, there is an abundance of Scottish and International cuisines to be tasted in the vicinity. There is also a host of both traditional and trendy bars, boutiques, shops, cafes and supermarkets all within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, the Grassmarket and all the bustling city's major tourist attractions, shopping spots, eateries and nightlife hubs. It is also within walking distance of Waverley Stration and the Princes Street Airport Link X100 bus stop... making your journey to and from Edinburgh a breeze.

The remaining balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival or immediately if within this period.
A security deposit of £200 or 50% of the total value of the booking (whichever is higher) is pre-authorised against your credit or debit card.
Should you have to cancel your booking for any reason, please note that any monies paid to date are non-refundable. We do advise all of our guests to take some form of travel or holiday insurance to cover your trip, just in case a cancellation does occur.
The apartment has one set of keys. Extra sets can usually be made available for a small charge.
All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% charge.
Debit cards are exempt from this charge.
