This spacious modern 3 bedroom apartment enjoys a prime landmark location just off Edinburgh's notorious Royal Mile, in the heart of Edinburgh historic Old Town. The apartment which sleeps up to 10, is within a 5 minute walk from Edinburgh Castle.
Princes Street, Waverley Station, the Grassmarket, Holyrood House, the Botanic Gardens or the subterranean world of Mary Kings Close - this apartment is the perfect base for you to discover and explore Edinburgh.

Ideally located, this pristine apartment comprises of three large bedrooms, with 8 single beds.
The spacious living area features 2 comfortable single sofa beds, modern TV and a warming coal effect gas fire.
The self contained kitchen includes cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc. All plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.
There is a large bathroom fitted with a power shower and luxurious deep sunken bath.
All bedding and towels are provided free of charge.
The apartment is on the second floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement building with no lift, however, the stairs are gentle and there is a sturdy handrail.
Wi-Fi internet provided.

Ideally located just off the Royal Mile, there is an abundance of Scottish and International cuisines to be tasted in the vicinity. There is also a host of both traditional and trendy bars, boutiques, shops, cafes and supermarkets all within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, the Grassmarket and all the bustling city's major tourist attractions, shopping spots, eateries and nightlife hubs. It is also within walking distance of Waverley Stration and the Princes Street Airport Link X100 bus stop... making your journey to and from Edinburgh a breeze.

Terms.
PAYMENT Please note that immediately after confirming your booking, a further deposit equivalent to 1 night's duration is payable directly to the property managers.
The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival or immediately if within this period.
SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit equivalent to 50% of the total value of the booking (capped at 1000GBP) is payable either in cash on arrival or pre-authorised on a credit or debit card.
CANCELLATION Should you have to cancel your booking for any reason, please note that any monies paid to date are non-refundable. We do advise all of our guests to take some form of travel or holiday insurance to cover your trip, just in case a cancellation does occur.
The apartment has one set of keys. Extra sets can usually be made available for a small charge.
Strictly non-smoking.
All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% charge.
