Situated in a quiet historic courtyard it is ideally located to take advantage of the main tourist sites, including the Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, and the Scottish Parliament.

Located only 5 minutes walk from Waverley train station and Princes Street where the airport express bus terminates and where it's easy to catch a bus to anywhere in the city.
The Royal Mile and Canongate contain an excellent range of small specialist shops, many places of cultural and historical interest. There is a wealth of traditional and modern bars, bistros and restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment.
Check in/out Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival, and check out before 10.30am on the day of departure. Please contact us as soon as your travel arrangements are confirmed and at least 2 days prior to your arrival to confirm your expected time of arrival. Arrivals at anti-social times (from 10pm onward) and late departures to 12pm may incur a modest fee of 30GBP.
Payment of balance After payment of the initial instalment, 50% of the balance is payable immediately to the property host.
An invoice of the balance for the remaining 50% will be issued and should be paid 8 weeks (56 days) prior to arrival. Non-payment of the balance may, at our discretion, lead to the cancellation of your booking. For payment with Visa or Mastercard card, there is a small (0.1%) fee to cover our banking charges. We also accept a direct bank transfer to our UK bank. Any banking transaction fees are to be covered by the guest.
Security deposit A security deposit of 200GBP is required to insure that no damage is done to the property or its contents.
Cancellation The initial booking deposit is non-refundable. The following terms apply to the remaining balance of the rental fee in the event of cancellation by the hirer: Cancellation is over 6 months prior to arrival: Full refund of remaining balance minus 50GBP administration fee. Cancellation is up to 56 days prior to arrival: 25% of the remaining balance. Cancellation is 55-30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the remaining balance. Cancellation is 29 days or less prior to arrival:The full remaining balance is due. Please consider obtaining personal holiday insurance to cover this and other potential losses.
Restrictions Sorry, pets and stag or hen parties are not permitted in this apartment.
