About the location (Pilrig, Edinburgh)

Only 15 minutes from Princes Street, and 5 minutes from Playhouse Theatre, just off Leith Walk. There is a direct bus service to Princes Street and beyond. Ocean Terminal is only 15 minutes away.

A supermarket and convenient small shops ranging from wine merchants, fruit and veg shops and gift shops are just a short walk away (Leith walk). For those who do not feel like cooking there are take-away shops and good quality restaurants very close by.

Terms

As the neighbouring flats are occupied by families, we're looking to let our properties to quiet, considerate people - no late-night noise or parties.
If you're looking for a 'party flat' one of ours isn't for you.

We require advance payment of two weeks rent - this payment to be made within five days from the date that you made your booking.
The remaining rent and a key deposit of �100 is payable on arrival.
Should you have to cancel your reservation, we'll attempt to re-let; if we're unable to, the accommodation will remain yours for the first two weeks of your booking and the advance payment will be retained.

In the extremely unlikely even that we have to cancel your reservation (eg - because of fire or other damage to the property) we'll have no obligation to offer you alternative accommodation and our financial liability will be limited to the return of your advance payment in full.

Arrival is possible at a mutually convenient time between mid-day and 8pm.
A later arrival time might be possible but we can't guarantee access to the property after 8pm unless it's arranged before you book.

The total price quoted includes internet but excludes utilities, which are payable by the tenant using a pre-paid meter.

Minimum let is 1 month.
